You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes earlier.
You must present the printed email to board the boat.
Children must carry a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
School groups are not allowed for the boat trip.
Ticket issuing times for the boat trip may vary. Also, if the boat in the time slot you have selected is full, you may be asked to wait for the next boat.
The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, access to a downloadable audio guide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.
