1. ACCESS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEB SITE

C.- Waiver of liabilities
TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA will not be responsible, neither directly nor subsidiarily, for the following situations:
4. CONTRACTING
Once the User selects a Service and/or Tourist Product on the Website, he/she will be redirected to a calendar where he/she will be able to choose the date on which he/she wishes to perform the selected service and/or tourist product. Subsequently, the User will be able to establish the time at which it will take place, within the availability indicated on the Website, as well as the number of people, differentiating between adults, students and children with different ages.
The reservations will be subject to the acceptance by TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA; to the availability of the Service and/or tourist Product contracted; as well as to the fulfillment and acceptance by the User of the present General Conditions and the Policies of use.
In order to complete the reservation, the User must fill out a form requesting his/her name and surname, as well as an e-mail address for sending the reservation voucher (hereinafter, “the Voucher”). In addition, the User may optionally provide his/her telephone number and additional comments or observations.
Once the form has been completed and the User has accepted these General Terms and Conditions and the Policies of Use, the User will be redirected to the payment gateway (hereinafter, “the Gateway”).
In the Gateway, the User will choose the payment method of his preference, and the verification and authentication of the same will be carried out. Finally, the User will automatically receive a booking confirmation to the e-mail address provided. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the binding contract (hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”) shall be concluded.
TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA reserves the right not to accept the reservation if the payment information is not approved, or if any other type of incidence related to the General Conditions is detected. When you make a transaction through our Website, we will send you a confirmation email including the details of the transaction. The User is advised to verify that the details in the confirmation email are correct and to keep a copy for his/her records.
In those Services and/or Tourist Products contracted in which there is no availability for the date or time selected by the User, TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA will make the necessary arrangements so that the User can make the reservation on another available date or time.
Exceptionally, some of the reservations of Services and/or tourist Products contracted through TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA ‘s Website are not managed through the reservation calendar, but require the request of availability through a contact form. Once the request has been formalized, TOURS & TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA will establish direct contact with the User through the data provided to confirm availability.
5. WITHDRAWAL PROTOCOL (RETURNS)
Failure to show up for a visit or arrival outside the tour start time, as well as failure to carry your ID card or passport for visits that include tickets to the Alhambra or other monuments that require it, will not entitle you to any refund of the amount of the tours purchased.
The cancellation policy is specified on each product page.

In accordance with Law 3/2014of March 27, 2014, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary lawsapproved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, it is established in article 103 (referring to the exceptions to the right of withdrawal) that:
Therefore, the right of withdrawal shall be exempted as stated above, and the cancellation policy specified for each product, as indicated on the website, shall apply. The client will assume the cost of the reservation in case of cancellation.
In the event of a pandemic or other force majeure beyond our control that prevents the tour from being carried out, the amount paid will be made available to the client through a voucher to consume any of our products, valid for 2 years, with no possibility of direct reimbursement.
